The service
Filch provides keyword intelligence for Amazon sellers: competitor keyword gaps, keyword scoring, and PPC export files, refreshed weekly. Features may change during the private beta as we improve the product.
No guaranteed outcomes
Filch identifies keywords your competitors rank for. We do not guarantee sales growth, ranking improvements, or advertising performance — those depend on your pricing, reviews, listing quality, and campaign management, which are outside our control. Search volumes shown in the product are estimates.
Acceptable use
- Use Filch only for products and ASINs you own or manage.
- Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute Filch data as a competing service.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt the service or other users.
Accounts and billing
You need an account to use Filch, and you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we don’t prorate partial months.
Beta disclaimer
During the private beta, Filch is provided “as is.” We work hard on accuracy, but keyword data comes from third-party sources and may contain errors. Verify anything critical before spending against it.
Intellectual property
Filch, its design, and its scoring methods are our property. Your product data and exports are yours.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filch’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We’re not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits from advertising decisions made using our data.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes come with email notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
