Privacy Policy
Your data stays yours.
This policy explains what Filch collects, why, and what we never do with it. Plain language first, legal precision where it counts.
Last updated: October 2026
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, used for sign-in and product updates.
- Product data you provide: the ASINs you add for tracking and the keyword snapshots we generate for them.
- Usage data: basic, anonymized analytics about how the product is used, so we can fix bugs and improve it.
- Billing data: processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Your data runs the product: generating keyword snapshots, refreshing them weekly, and keeping your account working. We also use contact information to send transactional emails (sign-in, billing, product changes). We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Third parties
We use a small number of service providers to operate Filch — hosting, database, and keyword data providers. They process data only to provide their service to us, under contracts that restrict further use.
Cookies
Filch uses only the cookies needed for sign-in and security. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Data retention
Keyword snapshots are kept while your account is active so weekly refreshes can show change over time. If you delete your account, your ASINs and snapshots are deleted within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time by writing to contact@dofilch.com. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we’ll notify you by email before the changes take effect.
